also drove thru the adorable and quaint town of manitou springs. have to go back tomorrow to walk around and take in the sites. it is postcard pretty. cant wait!
oh the kids loved the mountain too...too cold for them for very long though. park ranger mentioned it was 5 degrees with 40 mile per hour wind gusts. eeek!
