updates

obviously, i dont have much time anymore to blog. bummer. i will try to do better! i am on facebook quite regularly, so stay in touch! here are some quick updates:
me: i am enjoying gardening, doing my p90x workout program every morning at 6am and i got a new bike. i ride most mornings after my workout about 4 miles. its a cool old style one speed cruiser. i love it! the garden has done well. i have cucumbers, gourds, onions, a few string beans, one lonely tomato and the corn is almost ready! so much fun to check it every day and see what's new. will turn another year older next week, ho hum. not sure want i want to do yet. maybe a date night!
johnny: is busy working and .....is now a football player, lol. and he's never played a day in his life before now. thanks to our friend dave he was introduced to semi-pro football. namely, the austin vipers. he is enjoying practices and still needs to learn the plays, but i will update again when the schedule is ready. that keeps him busy 2-3 times a week in austin.
aidan: is ready for kindergarten in the fall! i cant believe it but it's almost time. he is reading some now and has been very sweet as always. he will do well in school i know, now eating in the cafeteria i'm not so sure. still a picky eater.
holden: just learned to ride a bike and is busy, busy, busy as always. he will start pre-k in august. it's only 3 hours a day but he's ready. we will both miss aidan at school all day, but it will be nice to have holden alone for the first time in his life. whatever will we do, lol!?!?!? also, we are planning a party for his big 4th birthday on june 23rd. 4 already???

other than that, we have taken the rv to canyon lake a couple times all ready. and i look forward to checking out a few more places over the summer. we are all water lovers, so we are forever in search of a pool!

spring is in the air!

garden is planted! corn, radishes and cucumbers are already sprouted. thanks to my in laws for helping us first timers get everything in the ground. I can't believe it's growing already.
as for flowers: gladiolus, snapdragons, impatiens, pansies, callas, petunias, bluebonnets, marigolds, and i few others i forget. i can't stop! i am driving johnny crazy. also need to plant some lily of the valley bulbs and parsley seed. the parsley is to attract butterflies. the caterpillars love to eat it.
i also want to order some lady bugs for the garden. somebody stop me, i just love spring and summer!!!

just a quick hello

since i am getting ready to go for a run. can't complain about the weather. it's been gorgeous for days. got a little rain this morning and now it's sunny and windy. always windy here at the house, should be nice in the summer.
we went to the san antonio rodeo last thursday to celebrate johnny's bday. the kids had a blast. moon walks, huge carnival, petting zoo, and then the rodeo and pat green...awesome!
saturday we enjoyed a visit from our friends, brian, cheryl, kaitlyn and hailey from cs. have some cute pics of the kids playing on the farm and flying kites. :-)
and yesterday we just relaxed, did some grocery shopping, made homemade ice cream with grandma and popo kloesel and then headed to see the mall cop movie...really funny. the kids laughed so hard!
i promise i will attempt to post pics soon. i keep putting it off because if it's slow i will want to throw the computer out the window!
i feel the endorush kicking in...so off for my run!

still here!

havent blogged in forever. we are still in moulton. we found a nice little farmhouse to fix up. need to post pics soon, but the connection is not great.
i never thought i would move back home, but surprisingly we really like it. it's peaceful and relaxing and we get to see family much more often. my workout routine has taken a beating...but we have plans for an exercise room, hopefully soon!
the boys just absolutely love it. they play outside for hours, riding bikes, jumping hay bales, checking out all the animals around. today they are trailriding with their Popo Kloesel. last weekend they stayed with Popo and Granny Nieto and played with their cousins, Elayna, Emily, and Grace. and mommy and daddy got a break!
hoping to start blogging more often.
i guess the focus will change from rv life to small town life. still plenty of fun though!
