broke down

well we are stuck in crescent city, ca waiting for a new transmission. it is under warranty, but still aggravating!
this is not the best place to be stuck in but we are trying to make the best of it. i think today we will drive back into oregon. the good news is we have sunshine for the first day since....well i can't remember.
i have more pics to post as soon as i get a chance. right now we are camping in the mechanic's parking lot. :-0 he was nice enough to let us plug in to his shop, lol. we live a very glamorous life!!

hugs to my sister who did a GREAT job on her first mini-teach. she was told what a great middle school teacher she will be!! awesome!

busy day today. had breakfast. opened presents. (favorite toy? a $2 laser light key chain, lol.) headed to chuck e cheese for lunch, play time and a visit with chuck e. rested for a bit then went to see madagascar 2. very cute! and i think we have leftover cake......

finally caught up! well except for a fews pics of seattle. honestly we weren't crazy about it there. the traffic sucked and well, it was cold and rainy. shouldn't have been a surprise i guess.

we did get to catch up with old friends in olympia. :0)

and now we are in portland, oregon. and it's still raining! nice to be settled since we will be celebrating Aidan's 5th birthday tomorrow!!
